Employee Survey Data
Participation in Wotter surveys is voluntary. Employees may withdraw consent at any time through the platform or by contacting support@wotter.group. Where consent is withdrawn, identifiable personal data will be deleted within 72 hours, unless retention is required by law.

Where required, website tracking tools are activated only after appropriate consent has been provided.

Wotter’s production systems are hosted within EU-based Google Cloud infrastructure. Where third-party providers process data outside the UK or EU, appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses are used in accordance with applicable data protection law.
We use Microsoft Clarity on our public website to understand how visitors interact with our pages. This helps improve usability, performance, and security. Clarity collects information such as clicks, scrolling behaviour, and general interaction patterns. We configure Clarity to mask or exclude personally identifiable information wherever possible.
Clarity is not used within the Wotter employee platform or admin dashboard.
For users in the UK and EU, Clarity tracking is enabled only where appropriate consent has been provided through our cookie controls. Microsoft may process Clarity data outside the UK or EU. Where this occurs, appropriate legal safeguards are used.
Identifiable employee data is retained for up to 12 months following an employee’s departure, unless deletion is requested earlier. Where consent is withdrawn, identifiable data will be securely deleted within 72 hours.
Anonymised and aggregated data may be retained for analytical and research purposes.
