Wotter's survey tools go beyond simple questionnaires. Our platform offers continuous, smart surveys that adapt to the state of your company to get you the most relevant feedback possible.

For example, if we detect a drop in a certain area in a certain team, we'll ask more questions to those individuals to find out why, which gives you the best data to fix any problem quickly.
By design you don't need to create anything. Wotter's platform offers automatic, continuous employee surveys with over 120 expert-designed questions. If you want to create your own questions to supplement, we offer that too!
We've recorded an average time of 7 seconds per question in Wotter. This means questions are quick, easy, and cause as little interruption to the day as possible.
Anonymity is at the core of Wotter. We don't allow filtering into any data with less than 5 people within it, meaning it's impossible to narrow down who said what. Text notes and conversations are also completely anonymous.

In terms of privacy, we of course take it extremely seriously. We're cyber-essentials plus accredited, and are working towards other accreditations. Employees can participate with confidence knowing their feedback remains confidential.

We have largely opted to avoid most integrations due to the perception of anonymity. For instance, if you're answering confidential questions in the same place you have your performance review, you'll likely be inclined to not be honest.

We do have Slack integrations for question notifications, and are working on other integrations of similar nature.
